Welcome to Banagar Associates. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our automated online booking services for our marriage halls and lawns. By accessing our platform, making an enquiry, or lodging a booking request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Application & Verification Process

Submitting a request through our digital intake form creates a preliminary record in our MySQL engine. All initial requests are dynamically staged in a PENDING state. A booking is not considered legally bound or reserved until the administrative desk manually reviews the details and verifies your advance allocation payment transaction.

2. Financial Arrangements & Payment Terms

To transition an event schedule entry from PENDING to CONFIRMED, a specific advance token deposit must be successfully cleared. The remainder of your total balance contract must be fully settled before or on the operational day of the event. All payment cycles are validated against automated tracking receipts dispatched directly through our system notifications.

3. Cancellation & Date Modification Policies

The admin dashboard retains complete structural control over individual booking states. If an admin executes a CANCELLED action—either due to a explicit client retraction request, failure to meet deposit milestones, or scheduling conflicts—the entry space is permanently wiped from our active calendar ledger and immediately re-opened to public registration.

4. Rules of Conduct & Property Usage

Clients are fully accountable for any physical damage caused to the marriage hall, lawns, amenities, or standard electronic hardware layouts during the tenure of their event booking window. Banagar Associates reserves the right to enforce event closure if building code rules, capacity regulations, or local administrative laws are violated.

5. Limitation of Application Liability

While we maintain our infrastructure architecture on dedicated Indian VPS cloud services to ensure minimal platform downtime, Banagar Associates is not liable for system-level processing delays caused by downstream API drops (such as SMS provider limits, network server timeouts, or transactional mail delivery constraints).

6. Revisions to System Terms

We reserve the option to modify these server management and booking service terms at any given structural interval. The updated document configuration will display an active revision timestamp at the top layout parameters of this interface.
